Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the general trading sector to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to build long-term business partnerships.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads from initial contact to deal closure.
- Provide detailed reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and revenue forecasting to the management team.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to penetrate new market segments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the trading, distribution, or logistics industry.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming sales challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
