Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and onboard new merchants through direct sales of GoPay products
- Execute targeted merchant acquisition strategies in Makassar region
- Conduct product demonstrations and benefit presentations to business owners
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships post-activation
- Track and exceed monthly sales targets through systematic follow-ups
- Submit detailed sales reports and market insights to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in fintech or digital services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with local Makassar business landscape preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
- Basic understanding of digital payment ecosystems (GoPay experience valued)
