Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new merchants within the Karawang area.
- Promote and sell GoPay services to diverse business owners to increase digital payment adoption.
- Execute daily canvassing activities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional merchant onboarding and ensure smooth system integration.
- Educate partners on the features, benefits, and operational aspects of GoPay.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly activity reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using mobile devices and digital applications.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal transportation.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
