Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the food and beverage industry? Bolesca Foodindo is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive HORECA to join our growing team in Tanjung Priok. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving business growth, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector, and ensuring our premium food products reach the best tables in Jakarta.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual who understands the fast-paced nature of the HORECA market. You will manage a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide consultative support to chefs, procurement managers, and business owners. If you are a hunter by nature, an excellent negotiator, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, including hotels, restaurant chains, and catering services.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and tastings to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track individual performance against targets.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA, food distribution, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta food service market and existing network of professional contacts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
