Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the culinary and hospitality industry? Inter Buana Mandiri is currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (HoReCa) to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for bridging the gap between our premium products and the thriving Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe (HoReCa) market.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our partners. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy the fast-paced nature of the food service industry, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the HoReCa sector.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by visiting potential clients (restaurants, hotels, cafes).
  • Manage and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations and price quotations to key decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage or HoReCa industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and personal transportation.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
  • Strong network within the F&B industry in Jakarta is highly advantageous.
  • Diligence in maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
