PT Pristine Prima Lestari, a prominent player in the FMCG sector specializing in high-quality seasonings and food additives, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Horeca & B2B) to join our expanding team in Cengkareng.

As our Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our market presence within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector and B2B channels. If you have a passion for food industry sales, a talent for relationship building, and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our premium seasoning products reach professional kitchens and industrial partners throughout Jakarta Raya.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within the Horeca and B2B segments.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and tastings for chefs, kitchen managers, and purchasing departments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide valuable feedback to the management team.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, visit logs, and administrative documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the distribution and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven working experience in FMCG sales, specifically targeting Horeca or B2B channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with culinary professionals.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle for daily mobility.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of the Jakarta Raya food service market is a significant advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
