Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Duta Abadi Primantara (DAP), the undisputed leader in premium bedding and wellness solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive (Hospitality Project) to join our team in Semarang.

Representing iconic brands such as King Koil, SERA, Florence, Ogawa, and Tempur, you will be at the forefront of providing world-class sleep experiences to hotels, resorts, and premium properties. We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in B2B environments, enjoys relationship building, and is committed to driving growth in the hospitality sector.

As our Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint by managing high-value accounts and providing consultative solutions to our partners. If you have a background in hospitality sales or project-based selling, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue in the hospitality segment.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with hotels, villas, and property developers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and interior designers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for King Koil, Tempur, and other premium brands.
  • Prepare accurate project quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operational teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality or furniture industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site visits.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and basic business English.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
