You will be responsible for market expansion, product demonstrations, and representing our brand at key industry exhibitions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the IVD product portfolio.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Perform professional product presentations and technical demonstrations for doctors, laboratory staff, and management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Surabaya region.
- Represent Saba Indomedika at medical exhibitions, expos, and industry conferences.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback for the management team.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless product installation and after-sales service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related healthcare/business field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the IVD sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a territory effectively and prioritize daily tasks.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle is required.
