Dapu Cell Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Indramayu, West Java. As a key player in our distribution network, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales growth, penetrating new market areas, and building strong relationships with our clients.
This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a field-based environment and is passionate about market development. You will play a vital role in our distribution strategy, ensuring our products reach the right market segments and maintaining our presence as a leader in the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to retail partners and distribution points in the designated region.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and untapped sales areas.
- Build, maintain, and manage positive professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle product distribution logistics to ensure availability in the assigned market.
- Report daily sales activities and market insights to the management team.
- Represent Dapu Cell Indonesia with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willing to work in the field and travel outside the city as required by the business.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG/gadget retail is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to be stationed in Indramayu, Jawa Barat.
