Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to join one of Southeast Asia's leading digital financial services companies? Kredivo Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Palembang. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Kredivo, driving our mission to revolutionize credit access in Indonesia.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding merchant partners and recommending Kredivo as a primary payment solution for retail categories including fashion, electronics, gadgets, and furniture. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new merchant partners in Palembang across various retail sectors (fashion, electronics, furniture, etc.).
- Educate merchant staff and business owners on the benefits of integrating Kredivo as a payment gateway.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at merchant outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase transaction volume and user adoption within assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, merchant onboarding status, and territory performance.
- Ensure that all merchant activations meet the quality and compliance standards set by Kredivo Group.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail acquisition, or B2B sales.
- Deep understanding of the local Palembang business landscape and retail network.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and mobile-based reporting applications.
