Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and onboard new retail merchants across fashion, electronics, furniture, and other key sectors
- Conduct product demonstrations and value proposition sessions to merchant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships through regular account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for merchants
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Provide feedback to product teams based on merchant requirements and market insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in B2B sales or merchant acquisition experience
- Strong understanding of retail/e-commerce payment ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple merchant relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent merchant site visits
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services preferred
