Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and prospect potential customers.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our maritime products and services.
- Provide detailed reports on market activities, competitor movements, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on maritime industry trends and local regulations within the Lampung region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Resilient, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed in a competitive market environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for field duties.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Bandar Lampung business landscape.
