Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits and product presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel within the Lamongan area.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
