Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UMKM clients across Semarang and surrounding regions
- Conduct comprehensive business needs analysis to recommend appropriate Majoo technology solutions
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into paying customers
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals aligned with client requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence for leadership review
- Participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree from any discipline
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or tech solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in closing deals
- Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset and resilience
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for client visits
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies
