Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, engage, and onboard UMKM clients across Surabaya and East Java region
- Conduct comprehensive business needs analysis to tailor Majoo's fintech solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Present product demonstrations and workshops to showcase platform capabilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback for solution enhancement
- Track sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian UMKM landscape and challenges
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to analyze business requirements and propose customized solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and resilience
