As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the Makassar and Sulawesi regions. You will be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Retail, and the Horeca sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Makassar region.
- Manage and expand our client portfolio within the GT, MT, Retail, and Horeca segments.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain visibility, monitor stock availability, and ensure optimal shelf space for Kleaner products.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors, store managers, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal supply chain team to ensure timely product distribution and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive or Field Sales role, preferably within the FMCG or household cleaning sector.
- Strong, active database of contacts in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Retail, and Horeca sectors in Makassar & Sulawesi.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM) and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Strong commitment to brand integrity and customer service excellence.
