Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and sales forecasts for management.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (Automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
