Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing expert advice on our products/services.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (minimum 2 years).
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory, alongside proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
