Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine coatings sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and marine contractors
- Present and promote marine coating products through targeted demonstrations and proposals
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive product solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or marine industry products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client site visits
- Knowledge of marine corrosion protection standards is advantageous
