Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the automotive sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to meet client needs effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update customer databases regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive, machinery, or FMCG industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage for client visits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
