Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Present product demonstrations and provide solutions-based consultations
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Business degree or relevant certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
