In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, establishing merchant partnerships, and facilitating seamless EDC installations. Your expertise in negotiation will directly contribute to our sales growth and market penetration. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new UMKM clients for EDC machine installations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential merchants
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with technical team for smooth installation processes
- Stay updated on payment industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B or merchant acquisition
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Understanding of UMKM market dynamics in West Java
- Proficient in Indonesian and local dialects
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Experience in fintech or payment solutions advantageous
