Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular sales visits to UMKM and traders within the Cianjur and Sukabumi area to promote business opportunities.
- Representing the B2B platform to introduce and supply mobile accessories (3C) products to potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the sales department.
- Preparing accurate sales reports and providing feedback to management regarding market conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics, retail, or B2B sector.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is mandatory as the role requires extensive field work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client accounts.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using smartphones for data entry.
