In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, helping customers find their dream vehicles from our extensive range of both new and pre-owned car inventory.

You will navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to test drives and successful deal closures. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential customers for both new and used vehicle segments.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and conduct engaging test drives for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage the entire sales process, including price negotiations, financing options, and vehicle delivery coordination.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive industry trends, competitors' products, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase vehicle inventory effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales quotas.
- Coordinate with the administrative and technical teams to ensure seamless documentation and vehicle preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-performance retail sales environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Energetic, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and be confident behind the wheel.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market in Jambi and the surrounding areas.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and mobile CRM tools for reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
