In this role, you will be the face of our premium non-alcoholic product portfolio, specifically targeting the high-growth HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sector.
You will be responsible for expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the nightlife and hospitality industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe, and Bar) sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including bar managers, purchasing officers, and business owners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase product placement and brand visibility in high-traffic outlets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our non-alcoholic product line.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure product quality, inventory health, and optimal brand representation.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and competitor activity updates for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product activations at client locations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta HORECA market and existing professional network within the industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and verbal).
