In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence across the Java region. You will engage with key stakeholders in the oil and gas industry, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions that support their complex operational requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue in the oil and gas sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement departments, and technical managers.
- Provide technical presentations and consultations regarding our product offerings to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends in the Java mining and oil/gas markets.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering team to ensure proposed solutions align with client specifications.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance company visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Mining industry.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas operations and the ability to discuss technical specifications with engineers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Java region as required.
