In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market footprint, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical presentation to negotiation and account management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and procurement managers.
- Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to address specific packaging requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial lead generation to after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area to meet prospective clients.
