We specialize in providing high-quality packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market footprint, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical presentation to negotiation and account management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new clients within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and procurement managers.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to address specific packaging requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial lead generation to after-sales support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area to meet prospective clients.
