As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving market growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients in the plastic manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to negotiate effectively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. You will be the face of our company, providing professional solutions to our clients while representing our high-quality PC (Polycarbonate) plastic products. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the plastic industry to expand the company's market share.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate PC plastic products to prospective clients effectively.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to ensure company revenue targets are achieved.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry price trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Excellent knowledge of the plastic or polymer industry is highly preferred.
