Are you a passionate sales professional with a flair for hospitality? Bumi Lembur Kuring, a premier destination for authentic Sundanese cuisine and high-end seafood, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Depok.

We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience, and our Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving corporate partnerships, event bookings, and long-term customer relationships. If you are target-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep appreciation for the culinary arts, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, engaging with corporate clients and families to ensure their gatherings and events are seamlessly handled. You will have the opportunity to represent a reputable brand that values quality, culture, and professional growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to drive event and group booking revenue.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and wedding planners for business partnerships.
  • Conduct professional presentations and restaurant tours for prospective clients to showcase our premium dining offerings.
  • Negotiate service packages and event contracts while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for our sales packages.
  • Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure the smooth execution of booked events.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management regarding progress, pipelines, and forecasted growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or hotel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as necessitated by event demands.
