Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell printing and packaging services to new and existing clients to meet revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate pricing terms effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the printing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
