Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct professional consultative sales presentations to prospective clients in the manufacturing and retail sectors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Provide technical advice and customized printing/packaging solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts in alignment with company pricing policies.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business niches.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably within the printing, packaging, or industrial manufacturing industries.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with a 'hunter' mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, substrates, and packaging engineering is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle to facilitate client meetings in the Cikarang area.
