Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Jabodetabek construction project landscape.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and technical consultations to project stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including project tracking, price negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Organize and attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities and report progress to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project-based sales, ideally within building materials, furniture, or interior finishes.
- Strong understanding of the Jabodetabek project market and construction industry cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to facilitate field visits.
- Ability to read architectural drawings or understand technical product specifications is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales activity tracking.
