- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the water pump market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Present and demonstrate company products effectively to potential customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the water pump industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
