Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and execute daily sales visits to retail outlets and distributors within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement (merchandising) in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the sales management team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection from clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and territory performance analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Executive or Field Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep understanding of the Belitung local market and retail landscape.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to operate mobile-based sales reporting systems.
