Staffinc Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Canvasser to join our growing team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving our market presence forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads through field canvassing and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field and handle pressure.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis and operate across Jakarta Utara.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or field canvassing is highly preferred but fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
