We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Salesman) to join our growing team in Bogor. As a Salesman, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building strong relationships with clients and driving market penetration for our products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify new business opportunities and potential leads within the Bogor region.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and ensure customers are well-informed about our offerings.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work on the field and travel within the assigned area.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet collective goals.
- Target-oriented and motivated to grow within the organization.
