Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and process vehicle sales orders through OLX's digital platform
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Present vehicle features and benefits to align with customer needs
- Handle price negotiations and close sales transactions efficiently
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Update sales records and pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate with logistics team for smooth vehicle handover processes
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in digital platforms and basic CRM tools
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
