Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for flour products in Riau region
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate technical service support for key commercial clients
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare executive reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG/food industry
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales management
- Strong understanding of technical service sales methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
