PT Oxygen Health Trade is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Health Supplement ODM (Import & B2B) to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strong B2B sales capabilities and established local Indonesia channel resources to drive and close critical health supplement ODM import projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies specifically for ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) health supplement products.
- Leverage local Indonesia channel resources to identify, approach, and secure new import projects and strategic partnerships.
- Lead high-level negotiations with potential clients to close deals and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate closely with internal logistics and production teams to ensure smooth import processes and timely delivery for key accounts.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends in the health supplement industry and identify competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients in the Jakarta region.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG, Health Supplement, or Import/Export industry.
- Strong understanding of the local Indonesian market and established channel resources.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
