Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential customers for Suzuki vehicles through dealership visits and external outreach
- Promote Suzuki product features and benefits to match customer needs
- Manage end-to-end sales process from inquiry to delivery
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM system
- Collaborate with aftersales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in any field (S1 preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in automotive sales or retail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license (SIM C)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented with proven sales track record
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
