Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in Umroh and Hajj travel packages.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding our service offerings and itineraries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and updates for management review.
- Participate in marketing events and community gatherings to promote Zhafirah's brand presence.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients throughout the registration and preparation process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work under a contract basis and travel within the region if necessary.
- Strong integrity and passion for serving others in the travel/religious service sector.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
