Fifgroup is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Force (Danastra) to join our team in Bangko, Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective marketing and sales strategies to provide accessible cash loan solutions to customers utilizing motorcycle collateral (BKKB). We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a persuasive nature, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
As a member of the Fifgroup team, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. You will engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and present tailored financial products that offer quick liquidity solutions. Our Danastra program is designed to be a win-win for both our clients and the company, and we need dynamic sales professionals to drive this mission forward in the Simp Jelita area.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the Simp Jelita and Sungai Ulak areas.
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities to promote Danastra products (Cash Loan with Motorcycle Collateral).
- Consult with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and verification process for loan applications and collateral registration.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the company database.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or High School graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
