In this role, you will act as a dedicated partner to our existing client base, ensuring seamless service delivery and identifying new growth opportunities.
As a 'Farmer' in our sales ecosystem, your primary objective is to nurture long-term relationships, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive recurring revenue through proactive account management. You will serve as the bridge between our operations and our customers, ensuring that every order is handled with precision and that our high-quality products reach their destination efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate and retail clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Execute sales order processing accurately and ensure timely confirmation of client agreements.
- Monitor the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products arrive at client sites in optimal condition and on schedule.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support by resolving client inquiries and addressing service feedback promptly.
- Analyze sales trends within assigned accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for key accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales performance in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B sales, account management, or field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with basic sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet monthly sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational detail.
- Willingness to be based at the Head Office in Jakarta and engage in field visits as required.
