In this role, you will be the primary custodian of our existing client relationships, ensuring that our partners receive exceptional service and seamless delivery experiences.

You will go beyond transactional sales by acting as a trusted advisor, monitoring product performance, and ensuring that our distribution meets the high standards of our premium agro-products. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and account growth.
- Execute sales order processing efficiently and accurately for established accounts.
- Monitor and oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products arrive on time and in perfect condition.
- Provide proactive after-sales support to address customer queries, complaints, or feedback.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to align stock availability with client demand.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for increasing order volume or product variety.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using our internal CRM or reporting tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or customer retention (farming) roles.
- Strong understanding of the food distribution or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/Sales software.
- Ability to work from the Jakarta Head Office and travel as required to meet key clients.
