Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities (NOO) in the Ambon region to grow the client base.
- Re-engage and reactivate inactive customer accounts to drive repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and contract negotiation to final sales order processing.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential customers and provide accurate forecasting to management.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the food and beverage industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably as a Hunter or in field sales.
- Strong understanding of the food distribution or wholesale industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of resilience and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
