Are you a high-energy, results-driven professional with a 'hunter' mindset? Agro Boga Utama is seeking a motivated Sales Force (Hunter) to spearhead our expansion in the Bali market. In this role, you will be the face of our premium product range, tasked with identifying untapped opportunities and converting them into long-term business partnerships.

We are looking for a proactive individual who excels at lead generation and is passionate about building a portfolio from the ground up. Whether you are reconnecting with dormant accounts or securing new business, your goal is to drive growth and maximize market penetration in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities (New Outlet Opening/NOO) within the Bali region.
  • Re-engage dormant customers who have not transacted with the company for an extended period.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential high-value clients.
  • Maintain a high volume of sales activities, including cold calling, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the internal supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sales Hunter or similar field sales role, ideally in the F&B or distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Strong networking capability and existing connections within the Bali business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage territory logistics effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Resilient personality with a strong desire to consistently hit and exceed performance benchmarks.
