In this role, you will be the spearhead of our expansion, identifying new business opportunities and securing key accounts in the local market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the designated territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing outlets to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to the sales management team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data in the reporting system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably as a 'Hunter' or Field Sales representative in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle for daily field operations.
- Strong understanding of the local market landscape in Purwokerto and surrounding areas.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
