Agro Boga Utama is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Force (Hunter) to join our team in Jakarta Raya. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers who have never purchased our products (NOO) and reactivating dormant accounts. Your primary mission will be to expand our market presence by proactively prospecting, engaging, and converting potential clients into loyal customers. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new customers (NOO) through market research and cold outreach
- Create and process sales orders for new and reactivated customers
- Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate untapped market segments
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted acquisition campaigns
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in hunter roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driving license (SIM C) with own vehicle for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Highly motivated with goal-oriented mindset
