As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for bringing in New Open Accounts (NOO) and re-activating dormant customers. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, implement effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for our premium food and beverage products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively scout, identify, and acquire New Open Accounts (NOO) to expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and reach business targets.
- Reconnect with dormant/inactive customers to revive business relationships and secure repeat orders.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Maintain a high volume of cold calling and on-field visits to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction for every sales order.
- Provide regular reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Hunter, or Field Sales representative, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Strong analytical skills to identify potential business opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Sorong and travel within the region as required.
