Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the FMCG industry? Indokharisma Pangan Semesta is currently seeking a results-oriented Sales General Trade (GT) to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, ensuring our premium food products reach key retail outlets across your assigned territory.

We are looking for a candidate who understands the dynamics of the traditional trade market while maintaining the standards of modern retail practices. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with outlet owners, managing stock availability, and implementing effective merchandising strategies to boost sales performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing GT clients to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned Jakarta Utara territory.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor stock levels, product freshness, and planogram compliance.
  • Identify and prospect new retail opportunities to expand the company's distribution footprint.
  • Execute effective merchandising and promotional programs to drive brand visibility at the point of sale.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from trade partners.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales role, specifically within the food and beverage/FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of General Trade (GT) operations; experience in Modern Trade is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and a reliable vehicle for field operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
